Established in 1887 by Karl Höfner, we celebrate our 135th anniversary in 2022!
135 years in which we have been able to gather a wealth of experience in the construction of stringed and plucked instruments, have gone through ups and downs and have constantly developed further. Even after all these years, we still strive to keep our finger on the pulse of time and to continue to build innovative and wonderful instruments, always with a love of detail and an eye for the health of our planet.
